3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from AmmersinO, Vienna. Pitch black body, with a medium, creamy, tan head, that dissipates quickly. Aroma of coffee, milk chocolate, hazelnut, dark fruits. Tastes of coffe, dark chocolate, dark fruits, some smoky wood. Mouthfeel is medium, creamy, with a lively carbonation and it finishes smooth, roasty, bitter, wooden. Very good, easy to drink, with nice distinct chocolate notes, but overall maybe a bit too "shy" in smell and taste.
dark brown clear
sticky caramel nose with subtle roasted notes
taste is not so sweet with light acidity
good roasted flavour with caramel and chocolate notes and light vomit notes

I got this in a trade with Wasatch. Thanks John!
It pours a very dark brown with a 2 finger head of tannish foam and some nice lacing; head retention is good.
The smell is of roasted malt and chocolate which gives it a slightly sweet nose.
The taste has notes of roasted malt, some coffee, and a bit of chocolate. Nice medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation and it finishes with some hot cocoa bitterness. Nice and tasty, easy to drink...one of the better examples of the style that I've tried. I'd have no problem drinking a couple or 3 at a session. Good stuff!

caramel, coffee, grass, barnyard, smoke, woody, black, frothy, medium sweetness, lightly bitter, medium body, fizzy. geolgau (453) - Cluj-Napoca, ROMANIA - OCT 24, 2017
Nice aroma with cola notes, toasted bread, subtle fruitiness, sweet chocolate. Taste is not that great, some subtle roastiness, toasted black bread, espresso, slight bitterness. Taste is a bit watery and light, but leaves you wanting more to happen. It's okay. x92281 (3) - Mechanicsburg, USA - SEP 18, 2017 does not count
UPDATED: SEP 18, 2017 Barmey Flats takes oatmeal to new heights. Wonderful blend of smoothness and chewyness that goes down easy and makes you eish all breakfast staples could be used to make stout so drinkably edible.

A bottle from the basement of 101. Aroma: raisins, liquorice. Appearance: cola, attractive tan head dissipates to nothing. Palate: medium-bodied and slick, average carbonation. Long and complex finish. Taste: extremely well-balanced medium sweet and bitter. Coffee, chocolate, vanilla, a little bit of discordant ashtray right at the end. jandorris (822) - Warsaw, POLAND - SEP 1, 2017
W aromacie pyszne owsiane ciasteczka. W tle majaczy kakao. W smaku są przecudowne owsiane ciasteczka oblane czekoladą. BColan (24) - - AUG 25, 2017
Love the taste. The aroma sort of ruined it a little. Not a strong smell for a stout at all. But wonderful taste and look to the beer.

bottle. Near black with one finger head. Solid oatmeal stout. Light cocoa, smooth oaty nature. It’s a very good representation of the style, and yet I’m kind of bored at the same time. Probably says more about me than the beer.

Dark brown color with small brown head. Weak burnt malt aroma with hints of chocolate. Dry and light chocolate aroma in aftertaste.
