COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Balance is what makes our Boont Amber Ale so unique: rich, crystal malts give this beer a deep copper hue and contribute a slight caramel sweetness while the herbal, spicy bitterness from carefully selected whole-cone hops impart a crisp, clean finish. Hints of sun toasted grain, toffee, and fruity esters compliment the mellow, noble hop aroma.

MALTS:
Pale Two-Row, Crystal (40L & 80L)

HOPS:
Columbus, Bravo, Northern Brewer, Mt. Hood

Aroma a lúpulo y dulce. Color miel oscura, espuma abundante, aunque poco persistente. Sabor a caramelo, tostado, lúpulo. Leve amargor al final. Muy recomendable.

Tons of caramel flavour nicely balanced with the leafy hops. Unfortunately a little bit oxidised/flat cardboardy tasting, like many British bitters when bottled. Still getting to grips with this style- seems a bit like British bitters surprisingly.

Caramelly, initially a bit bitter but balanced later on. Would drink again, but not first choice.

Can: Cloudy amber-brown with a small, off-white head. Caramel, bread-heel, nut aroma. Taste is sweet, fairly rich caramel malt.... A slight earthy/leafy bitter. Pretty decent.

Deep amber with a thick tan head. Aromas of cinnamon, ginger and dark malts - quite spicy and very interesting. Cinnamon and herbal spice with a slight earthy hop bitterness. Watery mouthful - very thin body. Poor carbonation and a weak, tinny flavour.

Hazy mahogany amber, thin creamy beige head, spotty lacing. Sweet aroma is very malty with dark bread, bit suryp, caramel, nuts, later vanilla and mocca, mild roasting. Very soft, creamy palate like real ale, low carbonation, light to medium body, medium long malty finish. Creamy soft, lively , good aroma, liquid candy. Advent beer 21.

Superbe ! Vraiment excellente.

Just a tad bit better than average as far as amber ales go. Would drink again, but would try some others in the style before coming back to this.

UPDATED: DEC 13, 2015 It is not a bad beer. It is a beer between a ale and an I.P.A. The carbonation is low and the taste is mangoo, hop but the sensation in the mouth is a bit weak maybe it is missing a bit more carbonation but it is just my opinion.
