Balance is what makes our Boont Amber Ale so unique: rich, crystal malts give this beer a deep copper hue and contribute a slight caramel sweetness while the herbal, spicy bitterness from carefully selected whole-cone hops impart a crisp, clean finish. Hints of sun toasted grain, toffee, and fruity esters compliment the mellow, noble hop aroma.

This is a quintessential English ale with just a tad more hops to give it a west coast personality. Reminds me of Fish Tail amber ale. Man this was delicious!

From tap. Clear amber pour with a nice frothy head. Nose is odd, caramel and dried milk. Flavors are caramel malts balanced with grassy hops which become more prominent on the finish.

Regusto y postgusto a caramelo y frutos secos.

Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass at the World of Beer in Columbia, SC. The appearance is a hazy amber color with a medium sized white head. The aroma is full of malt caramel and some hops. The flavor was very heavy on caramel malt and hops and was very good.

Fles thuis geprobeerd.

From draft at Brody’s Den Haag. Pours a murky amber with a white head. Subdued hops, lots of caramel malts, herbal notes to it. A bit strange, sweet, not half bad. Medium body, low carbonation. Medium sweet, light bitter.

Keg Half Pint at White Horse, Parsons Green, London in Aug 2011 - Amber-Reddish in colour. Very fruity; soft fruits, peaches, dark fruits, plums. Malty; toffee, caramel. Sweet fruity malty throughout. Very very drinkable. Nice beer! (2011-08-04)
