Bottled@SBWF2008. Ambery brown colour, small white head. Aroma is caramel, some spices and yeast with some rather acidic notes too. Flavour is fruity, wooden and fruity hops along with some mild nuttyness. Travlr (26099) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - AUG 22, 2014
Amber appearance with a fluffy white head and excellent lacing.
Smell was almost undetectable, maybe a faint whiff of cinnamon.
Taste was interesting and complex, starting off with sour orange and a bit of apricot, then with malt, and finishing with orange peel and cinnamon.
Mouthfeel was very good for an amber ale.
Nice session beer.

Tap at goose pre DLD ... Copper ... sweet toffee nose ... little berry .. fruity tofee. little dry. omhper (25742) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - SEP 28, 2005
UPDATED: OCT 26, 2005 Bottled. Pale amber, average head. Citric peach aroma. Sweet and fruity with clean mouthfeel and medium body. Dominated by the caramelly crystal malt character until the finish, that has plenty of herbal spices and good bitterness. Comepared to the MacTarnahans Amber Ale I had alongside it is somewhat empty and has less attractive malt character. madmitch76 (25568) - , Essex, ENGLAND - JUN 2, 2012

Hazy dark amber beer. Light palate, a little soft. Good malt, a little rich and creamy. Followed by mild hop with a splash of minerals. Caramel malt in the finish. Respectable!
