Born from our passion for experimentation, our Briney Melon Gose boasts a thirst-quenching tartness that is perfectly balanced by subtle watermelon flavors and aromas. Gentle additions of sea salt create a refreshing harmony between the acidity and fruity sweetness leading to clean, dry finish.

12oz can. Pours a murky pale yellow with a small off-white head. Aroma is watermelon, wheat, and a little lemon. Taste is tart and salty; watermelon, wheat, and lemon. Light acidity. Some sweetness. Salinity dominates. Light body. Average carbonation. Crisp-ish mouthfeel.

12oz can thanx RB. Pours crystal clear pale yellow/straw with a foamy white head fading to a white collar. Some light fruit, wheat on the nose but nothing to indicate how sour this is. Loads of sour flavors, tart green melon, a little salt. Finishes like a watermelon lifesaver. Good stuff.

KeefOz (1838) - Tarragindi, AUSTRALIA - JUL 12, 2017
Poured a clear golden with a two-finger bright white sudsy head that retained well and laced OK. Carbonation moderate to high, slow and fine to medium. Aroma of soft, subtle sourness with no hints of fruits, watermelon or other. Taste is quite salty and pleasantly sour with acidic fruits; it’s all a bit too salty with the fruits over-shadowed by the salt. Light body. Crisp, slightly dry and salty with a short finish.

adamnowek (2724) - Brussels, BELGIUM - JUN 24, 2017
Light golden with a decently sized head. Aroma is freshly squeezed lemons. Taste introduces some salt, watermelon, and a hint of lime. Thin texture, but it seems to work here.

12 oz can at Continental Lounge in Richmond, VA The Gose poured a clear gold color with white foamy head. The aroma of sour lemons greets your nose. There is a unique tartness that you experience. The beer has a light body and soft carbonation. This is drinkable but generally not my style.

Taster - nose is salty cheese. Sip adds watermelon and more salt with a pinch of tartness. Light but flavored.

Pours a golden color. Head didn’t last long. Can’t really smell or taste the watermelon, but still is a refreshing Gose. I enjoyed the medium tart/sour flavor, though it didn’t make me crave for another one (like a Victory Kirsch Gose does). If you like Sweet Tarts candy you probably will enjoy this. I may drink again in the future. Not seen a bear with antlers before.

An unpleasant dusty aroma with not much else. Pours a hazy pink gold color with a lasting white head. A bland taste with no distinct flavor mildly sour with a medium body and musky finish.

Bottle. A- Watermelon rind, briney salt water, plastic. A- Gold color, clear liquid, white head. T- Mild salt, slightly tart, briney, melon. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, refreshing finish. O- Liquid starbursts kinda. Briney but very refreshing. I wanted to try this more as a novelty but it actually really worked. Maybe the first beer with melon I really enjoyed.
