22 oz. bomber.
A - Pours black with dark brown edges. Dense tan head forms a thick film and leaves descent lacing behind.
S - Roasted marshmallows, coffee, milk chocolate, woody, toasted nuts, molasses, dark fruit, sour dough bread.
T - Sweet roasted malt with dry cocoa underneath. The malt has more of an earthy grain to it than the aroma. Once warmed some dark fruit and sour dough emerges. Finishes dry with and earthy bite at the end.
M - Medium body starts out good but turns thin on the finish.
It packs in alot of flavor for 5.50 ABV. A nice porter with some character.

A deep brown colored beer which pours with very little head, but what foaminess is there is nicely structured. Some spotty lacing. Aroma has a butterscotch upfront smell with some roasted malts and coffee. On the paleete the taste is weak and washed out. There are hints of roasted malts but really are quite light. Mouthfeel as stated is thin and watery. This beer needs alittle help, whether its a bad bottle I don’t know. A metallic taste slso dominates this beer both in nose and pallette. I’ll mark to try at a latter date.

Bottle. Pours brown with a nice tan head. Aroma is caramel and roasted malts, nutty grains and bread. Flavor is sweet and similar to the aroma but with a touch of chocolate. Finish is slightly dry and nicely bitter.

355mL bottle poured dark brown with red highlights in the light and a creamy thick beige head with nice retention and lacing. Aromas of roasted malt and chocolate and a hint of coffee. Pours near black with a light mocha head. Some lacing. Nose brings forward faint hints of chocolate and coffee along with a bit of a buttery toffee. Taste brings a bit more butter, which is quite unpleasant. Coffee and roasted malt cover up a bit, but not enough. Feel is of a moderate body and somewhat dry. Not one of their better offerings.
