Aroma has herbs, dough but not much. Nice frothy head, hazy liquid. Medium bitterness. Full body, sticky, average carbonation, bitter, long finish. Overall a bit too much alcohol for my taste. Anyway, still very refreshing beer. mikeyo1 (882) - Linköping, SWEDEN - AUG 14, 2015
bottle @ home. Pours a nice hazy orange color with a large tan head. Dry, quite sweet and resinous aroma with oranges, mango and pine apples. Toffee and toast background. Medium to full bodied with flavors of pine apple, mango, orange peel. Grapefruit aftertaste. Toffee, caramel and bread balances. Assertive and lasting grape-like bitterness. pootzboy (1824) - Kitchener, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 13, 2015
Bottle- poured a deep cloudy gold with the most incredible cap - it looked like 4 inches of whipped cream and lasted. Aroma is a good balance between Pac.NW hops (citrus, floral pine) and bready-caramel malts. The flavor is the epitome of BIG and Balanced hops and malts battle for supremacy until the long wet finish which gets pleasantly bitter. When you down one of these you know you’ve had a substantial beer - big in flavor, body and satisfaction, yet silky and approachable - probably the best west coast IPA I’ve sampled. .35l bottle @Vihreä Haltiatar. Pours a bit hazy yellow with high thick head. Aroma is dried fruits, hops, citrus, malts, some bread, syrup notes and pine notes. Flavor is mostly same. Nice balance between sweetish malts and fresh, hoppy kick!

On tap at Kasey?s Tavern in a pint glass. Big fan of this bar. Orange and golden in color. Quarter finger of head. Light lacing. Aroma has elements of grain and malt with an understated hop characteristic. Taste is not as bright as other IPAs and double IPAs but has a strong hop quality. Bitterness plays a big part especially at the end and in the aftertaste. Slight sweetness of tropical fruit comes into play as well. Easy to drink with a sugary mouthfeel. Worth a sample if you stumble across it. punkska101 (2192) - Chambly, Quebec, CANADA - JUL 28, 2015
Bottle from Marham LCBO A: citrusy, grapefruit, biscuity, light mango app: clear light copper with thick white head and good lacing. T/p: med body with moderate long bitter finish. O: I couldn’t find a bottling date on the label and sadly looks like I might have it an old bottle. Aromatics are on the low side. hopefully I will be able to find a fresher version and I will gladly update my rating after. TychoJames (1526) - rebro, SWEDEN - JUL 24, 2015
