Robust. Brewed with a “heelch” (that means “a lot” in Boontling) of Columbus, Chinook, and Cascade hops, our double IPA has a palate pleasing bitterness that is artfully balanced with a full-bodied malt foundation. With a deep color of polished brass and a nose that sings of pink grapefruit and redwood needles, the rich biscuit-like malt flavors are intertwined with hints of vanilla, mangoes, and peppercorns leading to a deep, warming finish.

Medium dry bitter ; light warming ; light to medium sweet ; quite round. Full body, thin oily texture, average carbonation, resinous warming fruity finish. Bottle at Orsted Ol Bar CPH, Day 3 of RBESG ’15, 22/08/15. Hazed orange amber with a decent light beige cap that retains well. Nose is caramel malt, earthy hop, light spice trace, bitter orange, bread dough. Taste comprises light pine, caramel malt, orange pith, tangerine, mango. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with earthy hop strokes. Ok DIPA, kind of an old skool malt driven # but not so bad.
