UPDATED: JAN 13, 2018 Nice white short lasting foam. Light gold color. Smell is very light, no traces of something specific (at least to me), I was assuming the taste would be similar - dull BUT the taste is full, sour. It is a bit more sour than I would expect for gose, which is exactly my thing! I love sour beers. Salt is at the very end of the taste, lightly. Nice interesting beer.

Sour and... maybe a little thin- expected a little more heft and some more in depth flavors but it is a solid gose- certainly drinkable- nice little offering but doesn’t jump off the table

UPDATED: JAN 1, 2018 Solid gose style beer that is true to the style with citrus and salt flavor.

Can, January 2017. Tart, lemony, lacto-ridden beer with a dry finish. More a berliner than a gose but very tasty nonetheless.

Can. Hazy golden with a resilient dirty white head. Fruity and tart with a nice subtle sweetness. Funky yeast, citrus, white pepper, and coriander. Light bodied and crisp.

zacgillbanks (5651) - Tyne & Wear, ENGLAND - DEC 15, 2017
Can from Coppers, Newcastle. Hazy pale golden with no head. It has a sharp salty and citrus flavour with herbal, lemon and saltiness on the slight tart finish. Good.

355ml can. No mention of Highway 128 on the label. Colour is yellow, a very fine haze in it. Thin and sticky layer of white head with clingy edges. Nose - dry, minerals, wet rocks. Taste - lemony tang, salt, minerals. Crisp, tart and dry finish with lemon. Pretty solid Gose.
