Tasted on 7/15/14 from a 12oz can purchased at Greens Buford. Pours clear, light orange with a thick white head that slowly recedes to thin lace. The nose is wheaty malt with some tart citrus peel and a touch of vinegar, almost briny. The flavor is even more tart than the nose suggested with a very clean wheat malt, a lactic touch, and a very dry salty finish. The body is medium with an almost creamy texture, lively, filling carbonation, and a long tart and salty finish. This is by far the saltiest Gose I have had to this point.

Barwa s?omkowa, prawie klarowna. Piana puszysta, bia?a, ca?kiem sporych rozmiarw, ?rednio trwa?a. Redukuje si? praktycznie do zera.

12 oz. can. Pours a medium, gradually collapsing white head, with no lacing, over a clear yellow (SRM 4) body......nose is light wheat, lemon, light apple, mild sourness, moderate bready wheat, no hops......taste is moderately sour, with lemon, slight apple, moderate wheat, with light cracker, finishing dry with moderate acid and very light salt.....mouth feel, light body, no alcohol, light carbonation. This meets this light refreshing, lightly sour and acid, quite nicely. The salt is a bit hidden. BJCP 7/3/14/4/7

The beer doesnt look very special. The color of the beer is a golden yellow. The beer is quite clear. On top of the beer a rather rough layer of white foam is poured. The bulk of the foam collapses rather quickly, leaving a minimal drape. The smell is complex. It is entirely new to mee, since this is the first beer of this type that I have had. The smell has some things of English sours. The smell contains a certain tartiness, but is not sour. I smell some touches of the malts, a tartiness of which I guess it is yeast derived, and some hoppy bitters, which are quite refreshing. It is actually quite nice. The tartiness isnt extremely present. It is just mild enough to tingle your senses, but not so strong to overrule everything else. I also smell a tiny salty thing, see water like (in a good way). The taste is also a surprise. The first sip was a disappointment. I though this was going to be another disgusting sour beer. But after 3 of 4 sips your taste has become acquainted with the tartiness, resulting in a flaverfull beer. I taste a lovely yeasty tartiness, some slaty flavors and a salty dryness, maltiness and minimal hints of hops. Especially in the back of the mouth the tartiness plays tricks with your taste. It has something cookie like, sweet and a bit savoury. I love that. The whole finished is also filled with that cookie flavour and the tartiness. The body of the beer is medium and the carbonation is rather low. Dry sensation in the mouth, but all in all a surprisingly well beer. This style is way way better than lambiek (distantly related to this). Good job.

Can shared at home. Deep yellow colour, head disappears immediately. Nose is light sourness, whitewine-y smell. Rossz minősgű olaszrizling. Taste is low sourness. Light salt. Fast finish. It gose i guess...
