The refreshing tartness in this divine, bright golden-colored ale gives way to earthy undertones and hints of citrus followed by a slight sea salt-like dryness and tangy, effervescent finish.

As of late I can not find the time to take tasting notes of each beer I sample. I would like to track and record my thoughts of each so I will just use the simple scoring rubric until more time is available.

Can from Coppers, Newcastle. Hazy pale golden with no head. It has a sharp salty and citrus flavour with herbal, lemon and saltiness on the slight tart finish. Good.

355ml can. No mention of Highway 128 on the label. Colour is yellow, a very fine haze in it. Thin and sticky layer of white head with clingy edges. Nose - dry, minerals, wet rocks. Taste - lemony tang, salt, minerals. Crisp, tart and dry finish with lemon. Pretty solid Gose.

Can from Pivný raj.
Quite decent gose although dejan next to me has very sour face. For me it's okay sourness, bit over stretched though, but okay.

A taste from a bottle at Huub's beernight. I don't know if it was really this one, because the bottle had an 5,0% abv. Just don;t like the saltness in beer...

Normally a great fan of Anderson Valley but this beer was far too sour for my taste.

In der Nase dunkle Beeren, Oliven. Im Trunk mittelsauer, auch hier wieder deutlich Olive, was mir sehr gut gefällt. Hinten etwas Malz. Prima Ding.

Bottle from an Albert Heijn in Ghent. Pours clear pale golden with a thinning, white head. The aroma contains yeast, barnyard, sugar, apple, bread, spices, dough, salt and kiwi. It tastes medium sour and light fruity sweet; faint hints of salt and even of a spicy bitterness. Some dough in the rather short finish; medium to light body, watery texture, fizzy carbonation. The more you drink, the more interesting it becomes.
