COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hop-Heads, your dreams have come true! Hop Ottin’ is Boontling for "hardworking hops," and they’re surely hard at work in this brew. Hop Ottin’ starts with a strong floral aroma, which winds into a deep and complex body. In an intriguing balance, honey-drenched malts coat rich hop undertones. At length, the hops prevail, with a satisfyingly crisp finish. Hop Ottin’ bites like a cankicky bluetail (Hop Ottin’ bites like a rattlesnake looking for a fight.)

MALTS:
Pale Two-Row, Crystal (40L), Munich (20L)

HOPS:
Columbus, Cascade

Bomber poured a clear copper with a lasting amber head. Aromas of pine, earthy hops, and carmel. Palate was medium bodied and dry. Flavors of earthy hops, pine, carmel and a hint of vanilla with a crip, dry, bitter finish.

I sell the hell out of this IPA and I figured I’d give it a whirl. The aroma is nice and sharp with a good amout of hops bite. The pour gives you a good red-amber color with an everpresent lace-like head, The taste is sweeter han I expected with a good hop blend. The hops feel good and dry with a smooth body. Ultimately, This is one of the best IPA’s I’ve ever had. Pick it up if you like strong hops.

Bottle from Immy. Pours a nice copper color with foamy off-white head. Good lacing. Nose is grapefruit and some light floral hops. Flavor is an abundance of hops, grassy, floral with a nice crisp, bitter finish. Well balanced throughout, although a little on the thin side. Solid IPA.

Loses most of it’s points in mouthfeel. Aroma is great hops, very potent. Pours orange with a huge white frothy head. Flavor is a bit muted, but hoppy, earthy, and a bit of honey.

has a bit of a floral aroma strong bitter hops. Didn’t seem all it was cracked up to be, but still pretty good.

Not much hop aroma here but no matter, lets start with awesome flavor. Excellent LIGHT caramel flavor, excellent hop bitternes almost peppery, very clear for an IPA nice full palate. Great Beer

Light copper color with med. sized off white head. Aroma is full of both herbal and citrusy hops, along with caramel and honey. Flavor is malty, slightly smokey, touches of caramel, vanilla, and oak. Finish has a bit of sweetness, but is dominated by a significant bitterness. A very nice IPA.

12 oz bottle. Beautiful, coppery pour, big rocky yellowy white head. Really pleasing to look at! Thick foamy lacing. Nose is all citrusy hops. Flavor starts out over the top hoppy, but mellows into some rather pleasant maltiness. The finish is bitter, and again, starts out huge but mellows nicely - peppery with a decent warming down the gullet.

Hazy amber-orange with a huge, glasslacing pale yellow head that hangs around. Citrusy-hoppy aroma and a mildly hoppy taste and aftertaste. Not really very bitter, but it drinks really well!

A wonderfully balanced IPA. The head remainded for the duration with tons of lacing. A very floral and citrus hoppy flavor. Easily of the best IPA out there. Well done.
