COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
True to its Boontling moniker, “Huge Arker” is a massive force of nature that detonates on your tongue. After primary fermentation, the beer is aged in Wild Turkey® Bourbon barrels until it fully matures. The deep mahogany color is evocative of the opulence to follow. Dark luscious aromas of burnished oak mingle with candy sugar, bourbon and hearth-baked bread. The luxurious flavors redolent of honey and molasses are intertwined with the richness of dark chocolate and the ardent warmth of alcohol, underpinned with hints of coffee, vanilla and dark fruits.
ABV from 11% to 13.5% in 2014.

650 bottle. Very dark brown pour, couple fingers of tan head, moderate retention leaving a thin ring. Boozy aroma, little hot. Plenty of chocolate, licorice and dark fruit. Taste is quite sweet but balanced towards the end. Taste follows with lots of dark malt character and boozy. Slick mouthfeel. Good but too alcoholic for my preferences.

Bomber from Father’s Day. Poured a deep dark black with a foamy beige head. Aroma of sweet bourbon, vanilla, dark toast, roasted marshmallows, honey. Flavor is similar, nice dark chocolate and burnt toast on the finish, charred barrel. Medium creamy mouthfeel, softer carbonation. This is damn good, very surprised

CyborgX (109) - THAILAND - JUN 3, 2017
Pours dark with a white head, aroma is sweet and bourbon. Taste is dominated by the bourbon, followed by a strong sweet hit, some chocolate, and ending with a coffee hit and trailing off with a bitter end. Defintely a roller coaster and attack on the senses, and T 13.5%ABV, you won't have those senses for very long! LOL ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
