Poleeko Pale Ale is an exceptionally flavorful and well-balanced beer. With a bright, citrus hop profile and mild malt flavors reminiscent of English biscuits, the aromas of pink grapefruit and lemon zest compliment the brisk, balanced finish to create a truly refined American Pale Ale.

Aroma nach Waldbeeren, leicht zitronig. Im Geschmack dann leicht pappig. Im Abgang astringierend, im Nachgeschmack bitter. Aroma gefllt.

Clear, golden beer with a white head, low carbonation. Tastes like malt, some hops, grapefruit and lemon, biscuit and slight flowery.

Bottle. Amber with a mostly diminishing head. Some tiny spots of lacing. Aroma of caramel malt with some citrusy hops and leather. Basically a biscuity malt flavor with some hop backing. Thin, slightly watery and fizzy palate. Overall not bad, and would make a decent session beer, but Im not particularly impressed with this one, especially given the superior Boont amber ale and Hop Ottin IPA offerings of the same brewer.

yellow as a pollen-plump bumble bee amid sun-drenched daffodils; with paper-white suds and lace. nose is mostly piney hops, with a twist of something melon-like, honeydew perhaps. good carbonation and lightly sweet yellow-cake malts go riding tandem off into the sunset, till the hoppy villanous counterpoint causes them to careen toward a bitter finish. pretty decent flagship pale.

Amber color. Smell of pine, hops, malt, oranges, flowers and candy raisins. Taste of hops, citrus peal, pine, grass, malt, hairspray, oranges and grapefruit.

on tap at jp macgradys, body was a pale gold capped with a thin white head giving off a citrusy hoppy nose that was pretty weak. flavor was all hops and lemon peel. pretty much no malts at all, bitter hoppy tail ends what was a pretty boring brew.

UPDATED: MAY 3, 2015 Orange colored beer with a fast disappearing white foam. The beer is more cloudy, than most Pale Ales. The smell is very nice. It is sweet and had a nice lemony character coused by the Cascade hop. The smel is somewhat fresh, and reminds me of a sunny day in May. The taste is a little less than the smell. In the back of the tongue there is s bitter taste. The fresh citrusy aroma of the Cascade hop went to the background. The herbal aromas of the Columbus and Nugget hop are more present in the taste. The beer is nice in the mouth, it has a lively carbonation. Over all, a nice beer.
