Poleeko Pale Ale is an exceptionally flavorful and well-balanced beer. With a bright, citrus hop profile and mild malt flavors reminiscent of English biscuits, the aromas of pink grapefruit and lemon zest compliment the brisk, balanced finish to create a truly refined American Pale Ale.

HOPS: Columbus, Nugget, Cascade

Note: Formerly Poleeko Gold Pale Ale.

Golden-brown, honey-like color with a medium-thick, white head. Smells of citrus lemon and pineapple - refreshingly fruity. Taste is all hops, grassy, pinecones and pineapple. Lots of carbonation and biting tongue flavors. Solid beer, malt is a bit watery.

From the new cans, which look nice. Slightly hazy light golden color with a nice white head that left some lace. Mostly malt on the aroma. Doughy and pleasant. The flavor has more hops, which lend a nice fruity aspect and a bitter finish. Nice malt backbone too. Very simple, but very solid. Overall: way over priced at $10 and change for a sixer, but worth a try.

Nicely balanced pale ale with a dash of fruit and gentle hopping. I found my samples a bit fizzy, which detracted from the flavor and palate. I'll try this one again in order to determine if this was a wierd sample. On the whole, a nice, lighter fruity ale that I would definitely drink again.

Clear, golden beer with a white head, low carbonation. Tastes like malt, some hops, grapefruit and lemon, biscuit and slight flowery.

Yellow gold color, film of white head. Sweet, slightly hoppy aroma. Burst of hoppiness that melts away to a watery, husky sweetness. Some astringency in the finish. Mouthfeel is light, somewhat crisp that is diminished by a build up of stickiness over the course of the 12oz serving.

a very hoppy APA- as one would expect from a West Coast brewery. while hops predominate there os a malt foundation to this beer that make it a smooth and crisp.

Smooth, hoppy, citrus thing going on. Probably good on a hot day but it's cold in Ohio tonight.

Pours orange/amber/brown with a good amount of off white head. Nose is orange piney hops. Flavor is a kind of odd mix of bitter, orange-ish citrus, and hops. I can’t say it seems really balanced. Full bodied, sure. But balanced? No. Too much bite. Feel is kind of thick and doughy. Nice enough carbonation. Overall, the odd flavor profile here kind of drops the drinkability in my opinion. I mean, hey, there’s no balance here where there should be. Ya know? Just seems to be lacking.

(Bottle). Citrusy hops aroma. Cloudy orange body, creamy white lasting head. Flavor is citrus, appropriate bitterness. Nice bitter finish.
