Poleeko Pale Ale is an exceptionally flavorful and well-balanced beer. With a bright, citrus hop profile and mild malt flavors reminiscent of English biscuits, the aromas of pink grapefruit and lemon zest compliment the brisk, balanced finish to create a truly refined American Pale Ale.

MALTS: Pale Two-Row, Crystal (40L)
HOPS: Columbus, Nugget, Cascade

Note: Formerly Poleeko Gold Pale Ale.

UPDATED: APR 8, 2016 Van de appie. Mooi dik schuim, goude kleur. Ruikt heerlijk fruitig, citrus. Bittere smaak, met een zoetje. Best lekker in het begin, maar wordt minder

yellow as a pollen-plump bumble bee amid sun-drenched daffodils; with paper-white suds and lace. nose is mostly piney hops, with a twist of something melon-like, honeydew perhaps. good carbonation and lightly sweet yellow-cake malts go riding tandem off into the sunset, till the hoppy villanous counterpoint causes them to careen toward a bitter finish. pretty decent flagship pale.

Amber color. Smell of pine, hops, malt, oranges, flowers and candy raisins. Taste of hops, citrus peal, pine, grass, malt, hairspray, oranges and grapefruit.

on tap at jp macgradys, body was a pale gold capped with a thin white head giving off a citrusy hoppy nose that was pretty weak. flavor was all hops and lemon peel. pretty much no malts at all, bitter hoppy tail ends what was a pretty boring brew.

Bottle @ Torben Mathews Tasting.Pours clear yellow with fizzy white head. Aroma is light malty, brown sugar, light citric and metallic. Taste is medium sweet. Body is watery with fizzy carbonation. Finish is too short.

Hazy, orange colour with medium and diminishing head. Medium intesive aroma of citrus, pale ale malt with earthy and resinous background. Taste is slightly sweet with medium and lingering bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation. Low to medium body. Overall: not bad one, but nothing special.

Blonde vaguement ambre, lgrement trouble, trs peu de mousse. Nez citron, caramel, brioche. Bouche pamplemousse et citron, une pointe de biscuit caramel. Bonne amertume, faible carbo, longueur un peu courte. Se boit bien mais pas formidable.

sweet floral banana nose, like what Id expect a fragrant fruity tea to smell like, white lacey head, clear golden body, good hop bite in th einitial flavor, finish is kind of a skanky malt flavor, not a bad pale, but i probably wont buy it again if thats any indication, bought this at sundance and everybody in the store was yelling happy birthday, i fucking love eugene

Bottle - Sweet honey fruity aroma. Golden colored beer. Its a good beer, but something seems off. Carbonation level is good, but there is an odd bite. The flavor is fruity and bitter and not holding together well. I like the beer, but know this brewer can do better.
