355ml bottle. Full rich creamy and deep white head that sits atop a vibrant amber body. Strong hop aromas with a floral thread coming through. Hop flavour livens up the mouth and leaves a pleasant and long lasting aftertaste. Maris (1612) - Canberra, AUSTRALIA - JAN 25, 2011
From a 650ml bottle on 25/1/2011. Has a moderate but pleasant aroma of pine, oranges, caramel and toffee, with some floral notes. Flavour wise, there is heaps going on with citrus fruit, spices, nuts and caramel and toffee notes. There are oodles of lovely, lingering hops to savour long after it goes down the hatch. This is a superb pale ale and criminally under-rated on here. Yet another cracker from Anderson Valley. Thorpe429 (5122) - , Illinois, USA - FEB 16, 2011

Pours a light gold color with a white head. Nose brings forward some citrus and floral his along with some bready malt. Taste brigs on some bitterness at a pretty high rate for the style. Feel is nice with good bitterness and carbonation. Drinks quite well and is one of my favorites from them.

Couldn’t find this in the US of A where its fucking made so I decided to rate it in Hong Kong. East End’s Inside out is out of stock, naturally as is, Inside Out, so I harrassed, " pronounced harrissed", El Grande’s other establishment for the beer and found the Hop House in Wan Chai’s hooker district better supplied. At any rate, the beer pours a cloudy multi-hued amber and blonde and smells like barnyard schmutts and danky nastiness. the head is frothy as fuck, not hell, and good to go another mile. No, I’m not drunk yet, you assholes. Wow! That aroma is like fine poontang. The foam laces the glass better than a Thai hooker. Jeezus! Should I take a picture fur u? andrewturba (1190) - Alberta, CANADA - MAR 27, 2014
Pours a clear gold with a decent with head that leaves good lace. Aroma is fruity, citrus, grass and mild biscuity notes. Flavour is citrus, grapefruit, grass, medium bitterness, and biscuits. Very session-able and very tasty!

Bottle. Sweet, red grapefruit aroma, mixed with some resin and elderflower floral notes. Additionally, there are notes of very ripe, sweet black- and blueberries. And there you have it - forest fruit, resin - this evokes images of a coniferous forest rather than the tropics. Really awesome. Perhaps if those berry notes could be more present in the flavour, then this could be an almost unbeatable APA, but as it is, it does not fail to deliver. Very drinkable, balanced, flavourful and soft in the mouth. Restrained bitterness, a body that is more full than in many style counterparts, and just a tiny drop of sweetness. One of the top APA’s out there.
