Rating #1041 - March 27, 2014 - @avbc tap takeover @revolutionYEG. Clear, golden pour with a medium white head, decent retention. Aroma is Cascade-esque hops, and a dry malty sweetness. Mouthfeel is bubbly, fairly carbonated and mildly creamy. Taste is very dry and hoppy, but not completely unbalanced... reminds me of a hoppier cream ale - very buttery - not my bag of doorknobs.

From old tasting notes. Hazy yellow gold color. Huge rocky white head. Fruity malt aroma with a hint of yeastiness. Tasty fruity malt flavor hints at lemon and grapefruit. Plenty of hops come through in middle and finish soft and complex aftertaste. Tasty.

Modest and subtle, Has a nice elegance but perhaps a bit too ’nice’ and just strays into blandness? I can see the grapefruit bitterness but it is mild (but suits the style). A little soft spice late. Nice but unremarkable in the extreme.

vinivini (2252) - Gomel, BELARUS - APR 11, 2017
Bottle. Hazy golden, moderate head. Weak retention. Aroma: pine, mango, passion fruit, honey. Medium body. Sweetish solid malts, citrus & piny hops form the flavour. Medium bitterness. It all sounds good yet there are some hollow points while tasting.

On tap at bitter Creek boise. Pours out a crisp golden topped with a white head. Nose is classic north west ipa pine hops with a touch of citrus and a malty sweetness. Taste is more of the pine and bread malt.

Mjp12 (1807) - York, North Yorkshire, ENGLAND - NOV 20, 2016
Very zesty aroma, with quite a lot of yeast character for an apa. The flavour is a bit of a mix, some fresh hop, some malt , not quite there.

2.7
Quinten (1062) - zaandam, NETHERLANDS - NOV 20, 2016
At Deen Supermark Zaandam Netherlands. 12 FL OZ. Spicy hops. Finish could have a bit more malt to balance out the bitter grapefruit
