Easy going beer and yep definitely has a creamy soft palate feel. Ultra smooth and broad but not commercial stupid. Some funky tang back palate which, based on commercial descriptors, shouldnt be there. Mild fault perhaps or maybe the herbs? Adds some complexity no doubt.

Bottle. Notes of hazelnut, caramel, spice, bread and malt. Spiced bread and a slight hue of heat. Rough around the edges.

Slightly dark clear copper with a thin ivory cap. Lovely sweet nose of orange creme and sweet ole malt and cereal tones. Sweet cereal tone that also has some orange creamsicle nuances. Plain but semisweet malty and kinda tasty.

This is quite strange. Caramel, citrus, and spices. Its herbaceous and kind of sweet. Theres very little bitterness, yet its not overly sweet. Theres a lot going on and it never quite comes together. An okay summer beer, but even then, I would be far more tempted by other offerings.

It pours amber with orange tinges. The head is white with tinges of orange. It has a grainy sweet aroma, spice and orange. It has a sweet flavor with grain, orange, citrus, and spices. The sweetness flavoring comes throughout the taste experience. It feels a bit syrupy with a moderately light body.

UPDATED: NOV 7, 2016 On tap at Evernote in Redwood City, CA. Aroma is earthy spice (maybe some cinnamon), mild maltiness. Taste is mild lemony / herbal bitterness with some crisp carbonation. Not much going on here though.

Bought a six pack of cans a couple weeks ago and letm sit in one of the beer refrigerators until just now. Poured from a can into a tumbler. A nice, clean aroma. A warm, rusted orangee of colorings. Taste-wise: a background of creme soda, citrus sweet and, again, cream soda. Overall, enjoyable.

From draft @ Taps KL. Pours dark amber brown and a thin off white head. Aroma of malts and nuts. Flavors of light malt, walnut, and herbs. Light sweet gum flavors. Interesting but somewhat strange marriage of flavors. Something different but a bit watery. Light sweetness and body.
