Sampled at the brew pub. Fine and lasting white head. Opaque brown color. Mild banana aroma and taste. A nice wheat taste with tiny sweetness and refreshing for a bock. Small but nice bitterness.

(bottle) murky amber-brown colour with a frothy off-white head. aroma of heavy raspberries and brown sugar, rather doughy, with some notes of vanilla and bran flakes. flavour is more cake dough and cinnamon, with a touch of wheat, some grass and a touch of ethanol in the semi-dry wheaty finish. heavy-bodied with lively carbontion.

Amber with little white head. Aroma is banana, flour, mealy stuff, peas. Taste is sweet banana, with some phenolic alcoholic stuff. A bit heavy and not so drinkable. Ok.

Bottle. Hazy copper color with white head. Aroma is cooked vegetables, DMS, peanuts. Taste is the same. Medium carbonation. Not excellent.

Bottle: Very hazy brown color, off-white head. Aroma is full of spices (cloves), caramel, banana, light sweetness. Flavor is medium sweet, fruity with banana and darker fruits, also quite spicy, caramel, astringent finish. Definitly drinkable.
