COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Seasonal - Autumn.

Our most strongly hopped beer yet!
A more malty foundation to build upon than the Golden IPA. Reddy amber and bursting with fresh hop notes. Fuggle and Goldings late hops underpin the string section whilst dry hopping with American Summit and Crystal grabs the limelight with arias of tangerine and pink grapefruit.
This 4.5% abv beer will be available to trade customers (cask only) and shop customers (cask, takeaways direct from the cask and micro-kegs).

Cask at Rose and Thistle, Frimley Green. Pours a brown colour with a red tint soft fruity aroma, taste was sweet with caramel, which leads to a dry finish.

Like a hoppy red ale. Some bitterness from the hops. More of a pALe ale than an IPA strength coming though. Otherwise the sweet, biscuit and toffee malt of a red. Quite smooth, Not bad at all.

Downed quickly in a pub in Spittalfields, London 20th March 2014 after a long day. Quite dark in colour, hoppy, bitter but malty also - lots of contrasting flavours. Could definitely drink several.

On cask at the Haymarket. Appearance - a beautiful autumnal red and a creamy head that sits beautifully. This is how a beer should look. Nose - delicate and elusive. A hint of citrus and toffee. Taste - biscuit malt and ripe apples. Palate - medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - yeah good beer. Got more Bitter attributes than those I’d associate with ipa.

DroolYeast (1685) - Odder, DENMARK - APR 18, 2014
Cask @ The Coal Hole in London. Aroma of some caramel malt. Clear brown reddish with off-white head. Virtually none lasting. Caramel sweetness and moderate bitterness. Finish is bitter with some of that caramel. Nice body.

SaintMatty (7522) - Uppsala, SWEDEN - APR 12, 2014
Cask (Forth, Newcastle) - Copper red in colour. Raisins, caramel and some metallic hints in the aroma. Malty and fruity taste with notes of raisins, malt and toffee. Not what the name of the beer suggests.

kufdam (159) - Berkshire, ENGLAND - APR 12, 2014
Cask at The Abbott Cook in Reading. Light mahogany beer. Frothy head disappears to leave a ring clinging the side of the glass. Oily if a tad sweet. Burnt sugar and blackcurrant jam.

3.2
dynamiteninja (1889) - Norfolk, ENGLAND - APR 1, 2014
Cask at the White Horse, Leamington Spa. Reddish amber body. Medium off white head. Red fruit, blackcurrant, hops. Sweet and artificial. Dry finish.

ManVsBeer (10946) - Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, ENGLAND - MAR 27, 2014
Cask @ Palace, Leeds. Nicholsons Beer Festival ale that is copper with a glow. It has a thin creamy head with a malt-hop character which is robust but well balanced. Has a sweet aroma.

2.8
harrisoni (19332) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - MAR 20, 2014
Cask handpull at The Blackfriar London. Clear reddish amber beer lasting beige head. It’s a slightly malty British bitter. Not too exciting but ok. Malt is very malty and is a little cloying maybe. Just about ok
