Bright orange body white cap of foam. Aroma of resin, wild onion, grapefruit, tropical. Taste toffee, sweet bread malt, then resinous tropical, onion with grapefruit rind finish that lingers. Light to medium body well carbonated. Quaffable yet bold IPA with good hop character.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with a medium sized white head. Medium bodied, crisp and a touch grainy. Soft malt and a bit of sweetness. Malt, toast, light citrus. Gentle musk and soft bitterness into the finish. Crisp and easy.

16oz can poured in a pint glass. Looks amber/orange and the aroma is grapefruit and pine. Taste is mostly grapefruit and a lil earthy with a bitter finish. It’s good but not great.

12 oz. bottle that I am not sure from where. Had it with hayduke via facebook chat. Clear and golden with some amber. A beige head of two fingers that is creamy and leaves a layer of lacing. Aroma is citrus and caramel. Smells like a classic west coast IPA. Flavor is citrus and caramel. Some melon zest and grapefruit bitterness. My take is that while it is pretty much a classic west coast IPA it is not a great one.

Dark gold to an almost shiny copper color with a fluffy cap of white foam. A very aggressively hopped and dry beer. Tons of pine from start to finish. Some grapefruit at the core but very clean and straightforward on being a hop buzzsaw.

Cajun (534) - Lafayette, Louisiana, USA - FEB 27, 2017
Pint can, aboard Carnival Triumph out of New Orleans. Pours a medium amber with soapy white head. Aroma of grapefruit, pine, caramels. Flavors of citrus fruits (grapefruit, orange), pine, hay, mild vanilla, biscuit.

On tap at SFO. Pours a pale brown color with a bit of head. Mild hop bitterness. Some yeasty flavors, and a little overly sweet.
