Bottle: Liked it. Good, solid, complex, well crafted. Food Pairing: Deep Dish Pizza.
Cloudy gold pour, white head. Sweet malt, banana, and mild citrusy hops. It’s fine, just not the interesting. Certainly not the worst Angel City beer. anders37 (26641) - Malmö, SWEDEN - OCT 4, 2010

Bomber from Valley Farm. Bottled @ 7%. Sweet mango aroma with some yeasty notes. A little banana and clove. Fruity hop character. The yeast presence is pretty strong. A touch of alcohol. Pretty good, but the finish is a little weak. Still not bad. StormCoat (123) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - AUG 1, 2010
Tasted a bomber bottle. The beer pours a cloudy honey color. Aroma seems kind of weak to me, and I find myself struggling to pick any interesting particularities out of it...there are mostly some mild fruit notes in there, I suppose. Body seems a little too thin, and the head was pretty thin as well, dissipating quickly. When it comes to taste, you’re struck first by tangy, fruity flavors: most notably citrus and banana. These give way to spicy, yeasty, flavors and a sudden, but mild bitterness which lingers through the aftertaste. This beer wasn’t bad, but wasn’t particularly great either.

Bottle courtesy of Smokepot23. Poured a hazy golden color with a tall white head. Fruity spicy nose, notes of citrus, banana, clove, and light honey. Medium body with ample carbonation. Flavor up front I got clove with a fair amount of toffee sweetness, mid way I got a lot more fruit, banana, peach, I also got a decent amount of pine grassy hops bitterness. Finishes dry. ante (3373) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - FEB 16, 2010
Bottled at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Pours out in a shady amber colour with a low creamy white head. Rather fruity aroma of pears, banana and pine with notes of estery yeast. Medium-bodied with rather strong peppery and estery yeast notes with hints of rye, banana and sappy hoppy notes of red oranges. Quite dryish and peppery mouthfeel. Medium-bitter finish of banana esters, pine, mild white pepper and starfruit. Pretty good stuff!
