On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with a thin white head. Crisp grain, a bit of yeast and crackers on the nose. Medium bodied, sweet cracker and biscuit malt, toasty with a nice crisp wheat tone. Gentle yeast into the finish, soft and grainy, nice yeast. Clean and tasty.

Similar flavor, adding mild hop bitterness and a light malt sweetness. Light to medium body with a crisp feel, ample carbonation and a slight dry finish. Not bad overall. From a bottle into a New Belgium 2016 special stem glass. Pours yellow gold with small head and lace. Aroma of pale malts, grains, straw hops. Significant carbonation and medium mouthfeel. 27th May 2016, 12oz bottle into a La Chouffe glass while on holiday in California. Bog standard Pilsner/lager: bright golden colour, clean and clear looking, thin white, fading head. Very little in the way of aroma of flavour, fairly dry with a mild hop bias. Bottle on Carnival Liberty. Clear golden with very heavily lacing off-white head. Aroma of citrus, toffee, bread, and tropical fruit. Taste is fruity, herbal, and pretty bitter for the style. Light-medium bodied with average carbonation.
