Draft at the Angel Inn in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Red-brown, small off-white head. The aroma is malty, with some nice wood. The taste is light but has a nice mellow bitterness.

Tap @ Olde Angel Inn, Niagara-on-the-lake. Clear golden with a white lasting head. Aromas and flavours of citrus, peach, orange and pine. Medium body, medium bitterness. Excellent. But a Bitter?

2 of these with my fish and chips. Pours golden amber with small white head. Head wilts away to nothing. Nose is full of flowers. Taste is flowery upfront held together by biscuit. Plenty of bitterness the clean the palate. Slightly watery body.

On tap at the Angel Inn. Light brown pour with a beige head. Aroma of cheap malts, and some light UK hops. Cooked veggies, and some corn. A macro take on a bitter.
