Dark amber color; thin creamy head. Strong aroma of resiny and earthy hops, manure. Strong caramel aroma, there are some sugars left, but it leads to a drier final; strong bitterness; the final is a bit astringent. Decent.

Bottle 50 cl. Slightly hazy reddish amber with a creamy off-white head. Burned caramel in the nose with some American hops. Medium-bodied, light caramel yet with a discreet, dry tartness. Subdued hoppiness in the finish. I’d call this a very dry and easily drinkable APA. 050211 yespr (47036) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - FEB 6, 2011
