Bottle. Hazy light golden liquid with huuuge white head with big bubbles. Bottle was a total gusher. Aroma of white pepper, wheat, bubblegum, clove, light banana, herbal and floral hops. Taste is dry and medium bitter with notes of white and black pepper, grain and light bubblegum. Light to medium bodied with high carbonation. Not a huge fan of the high carb. Nice stuff. Very stylistically correct.

Bottle (75 cl) from Systembolaget. Clear golden, medium white head. Earthy, spicy, fruity, a bit unclean aroma. Light to medium bodied, medium to high carbonation. Dry with medium harsh and metallic bitterness.

Aroma: Smelling of yeast and spices, a whiff of green apples.
Appearance: A hazy pale straw color, an enourmous high white head that settles fizzily but leaves some lacing.
Taste: Starting with dextrose green fruits, then yeast, spices. Some clean bitterness, but mostly acid notes.
Palate: Exreme carbonation, rather fresh texture, a small body and semi-dry finish.
Overall: The bottled variant seems to have problems with too much and uneven secondary fermentation. Started to fizz out, and almost exploded when opened. Half went down the sewer. In all not worth the price.
Note: Bottle 750 ml. Reviewed 2012-10-04.

Well, first of all, I’ve never experienced a beer with such a lively carbonation. On opening it, it immediately started to rise. I poured it into the tumbler, which was promptly filled with foam. Had to grab a second glass and continue pouring, then alternate between the two glasses, and even then, some still ended up on the table. That said, a hazy yellow with a - you guessed it - massive white head. Aroma is a bit funky and stale, barnyard, yeast, spices and hay. immediate mouthfeel is somewhat light and very fizzy due to the heavy carbonation. It leans toward hoppy bitter first, before turning a slight sour and yeasty in the finish, which is distinctly saison. I’d say it opens up and improves as it gets a bit warmer (10-14 degrees celsius).

750ml bottle. Pours a cloudy, deep straw, with a huge white head. Quite spicy aroma, phenolic/yeasty notes, malt, hay, citrus peel, hops, earthy/funky elements, cloves, floral hints. Dry, medium body and bitterness, very lively CO2 - if not very chilled, it serves itself all over the table and floor... Spicy, slightly funky taste, malt, wheat, hops, lemon/orange peel, phenolic yeast notes, cloves, earth, faint caramel. Quite enjoyable, very rustique and farmhouse-like in character. (2012-10-02)
