[email protected] Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is nectar, honey, quite earthy with some mild yeast and grassyness. Flavour is fruity, quite herbal, earthy and mildly sweetish malts as well. Rather mouthdrying. A bit more storing and this would probably become a really pleasant Saison.

Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival. Hazy golden, lively head. Elegant nose with green apples and juicy coriander. Slender and fresh, juicy and spiritzy. Mid bitter finish. Well balanced and nicely drinkable.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of omhper. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Fruity, yeasty spicy aroma - very typical Saison nose. Very, very fizzy - an almost violent carbonation. Sweet and fruity with a slight tartness. No hops. A very straight example of the style. 220312

Craft Clerkenwell. Tuesday Horal Chugging Tasting! Thanks to Paul for this one. Very hazy gold beer with a big fluffy white head. Light airy palate. Floral soapy nose. Carries over to the taste and adds a little citrus. Soap dominates. Light finish. Drain pour.

Bottle shared at the Tuesday Night Horal Chugging Tasting - thanks to Paul for this gem. Pours cloudy gold with a creamy head. The nose has light dough, lemon meringue and, unfortunately, plastic. Light sweet flavor with some tangy lemon, prominent plastic, dry dough, hay. Light bodied with lively carbonation. Overcarbbed, in fact - perhaps some infection here. Finishes with bitter plastic and hay, plus minor doughy sweetness. Not good.
