Bov (13221) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - FEB 28, 2012
courtesy of Per - hazy blond beer with a little white foam left; aroma of pear and dust with light notes of bretts; some sweetness in the background; a fair carbonation and a good malt backbone; quite dry aftertaste of barnyard and yellow fruits - very nicely made

Gyllenfärgad med högt poröst smutsvitt skum och viss jästfällning. Den första riktiga venska saisonen! Torr, stram syrlig, mousserande. Citrus, syrliga äpplen, jäst, lite unken funky styrian humletouch, vetesyrligt. Riktigt bra.

Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival. Hazy golden, lively head. Elegant nose with green apples and juicy coriander. Slender and fresh, juicy and spiritzy. Mid bitter finish. Well balanced and nicely drinkable.
