clear, light copper color, no head to speak of. nose is of caramel malt and grassy hops. flavor is mostly caramel malt with floral notes and hint of chocolate in the finish. pretty simple. pineypower (3344) - Ocean County, New Jersey, USA - JAN 27, 2013
Pours out a slightly orange amber color with a small white head. Aroma is of bread, cereal grains, light grass and some floral notes. Taste drops off, old tea that has been sitting for a few hours, caramel, veggies, mild grass. Eh dmac (6340) - Toms River, New Jersey, USA - JAN 20, 2013
1liter swing cap bottle shared by jcwatts. Poured a clear dark honey brown body with an average foamy off white head. Aroma is loaded with lots of veggies, some wet nuts, tea and wet bread. Bodey is watery and thin with light carbonation. Flavor is actually worse then the aroma, notes of veggies and a tea made from bad nuts. This was a drainpour, so sad since the bottle was wicked cool. jcwattsrugger (12471) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - JAN 6, 2013

33.8 Oz Growler. 4.5% ABV
Aroma - Pleasant and slightly floral and sweet.
Appearance - Pours reddish brown. Head is thin and soapy and quickly dissipates. Slight foamy film remains and a little bit of lacing
Taste - falls short. awkward malt - hop balance. Very little malt up front. Turns slightly grainy mid-palate and then piney hops and slight lemony notes on the finish. Not offensive but neither memorable or enjoyable.
Palate - Thin and watery, lacks structure.
Overall - A bit disappointing. Will try again as I have half the growler left and will try their other styles since this is brewed in my home state. Hopefully, this is just a ’miss’. So I’ll reserve my judgement that this would be a worthy effort by a intermediate home brewer but leaves much to be desired for a local micro.

reddish amber-weak head flat looking.ok carbonation.
Aroma struck me surpisingly of a unique aroma of floral, unique carmel some bandaid mixed with a very minerally water aroma possibly some diacytal with plastic from the yeast?
Taste is light with smooth carmel nut light sweet carmel some toast and a cheap yeast taste with dry woody tones and citrus front of the mouth tart bitterness and a roasted darkish carme/toffe towards the finish.Im thinking they use coopers yeast or muntons almost im not digging their yeast profile too much so far.Nothing as showy as the bottles though,im thinking i could brew up a better amber than this-hopefully. wlajwl (6886) - Quad Cities, Iowa, USA - MAR 24, 2012
Sweetish malts and a hint of fruit in aroma. The flavor is caramel malts, some nuttiness and a dry finish. Decent enough although slightly bland. CanIHave4Beers (4188) - Pouring Bus, Iowa, USA - FEB 18, 2012
The beer pours an orange color with a small head that leaves good lacing on the glass. EMunk (99) - USA - FEB 5, 2012
The aroma is mildly grainy and malt forward with a good caramel character and some mild chocolate.
The flavor is crisp and malty, very clean with a biscuit-y malty character. The beer has a moderate bitterness with a fairly low sweet/caramel presence.
A bock style beer that has sort of a malty finish with a hint of sweet. Not to hoppy, but not as smooth as I usually enjoy.
