Tasted on 1/22/14 from a capped 12oz bottle. Pours clear golden with some thin white bubbles that leave a short-lived collar. The nose is sweet and tart fresh apple juice with some spicy ginger and a touch of bubblegum. The flavor is the same sweet and tart apple with a whole lot more dusty and spicy ginger than on the nose. The body is just below medium with light carbonation and a long dusty and spicy ginger finish.

Apples and rubber scents. Apple flavors are good. Nothing great, but a decent cider. Like the dry with added ethanol and ginger flavors.

ordybill (1731) - Douglasville, Georgia, USA - OCT 4, 2016
Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a tulip glass. Clear color with an excellent semi-sweet apple flavor with a hint of ginger.

Can definitely pick up the ginger in the scent, mixed with apples of course. Pours golden, average head. Doesn’t dissipate too quickly. Ginger is very evident, but not overwhelming. I normally don’t like ginger, but in here it gives it an interesting dynamic. Worth a try unless you hate ginger.

OnTheTrail (491) - Virginia, USA - JUL 31, 2016
Pours clear dark yellow. Aroma is apple, less overt and less candied than usual for a macro cider, but spiciness is very subtle. The ginger is stronger on the taste, where it balances the apple well, though the finger flavor itself seems simple. Refreshing enough.

Malty_MacHops (688) - Eastanollee, Georgia, USA - JUN 29, 2016
Apples and mild ginger in the nose. Yellow and clear. Fresh juice and mild ginger, in a mildly unpleasant way. Light an crisp. Overall and fairly bland offering.

altonbrownd (5898) - Chevy Chase, Maryland, USA - JUN 3, 2016
Bottle at Snowbird. Light golden body with no head. Notes are fruits and apples. Texture well done. Ginger in the finish.

Pours a amber color. Aromas wine with tart apples. Flavor is oakish red wine and tart apples.

Nekronos (4175) - Xalapa, MEXICO - MAR 7, 2016
Quite fine and good. Delicious to drink while enjoying after a hot day. Sweet and spiced too.

Bottle shared with friends at a 2106 New Year’s Party. Not a fan of this fad, and this one was not one of the better ones. Ginger and I don’t usually get along.
