Pours clear gold into a goblet. Fair amount of visual carbonation. Sweet apple aroma with a medium sweet taste with some tartness. Clean refreshing finish. Gerbeer (3795) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - FEB 17, 2014
12 oz bottle. Pours a clear gold with light head that dissipates quickly. Aromas of golden apples. Flavors of over-ripe apples. Basically expensive apple juice with very light carbonation. ganache (5956) - New Jersey, USA - FEB 12, 2014
Bottle, twist-top. Nose is sweet, dusty, and tart apple, fresh with some Jolly Rancher. Pours transparent golden with a fizzy white head that reduces to nothing in about two seconds. Smooth light-medium body, full-on apple with light tart flavor but a stronger acidic (singes a bit, really). There’s not much alcohol here, but the general heft of weight and intensity of flavor, combined with the acid, makes it seem much bigger. Fresh, clean, ripe, refreshing. jayzz (481) - Illinois, USA - FEB 7, 2014
I love the ciders and this one does not disappoint. Smells like an apple and tastes like apple cider. I can’t even tell it has alcohol in it. tmoreau (4436) - Lombard, Illinois, USA - JAN 30, 2014
Guest tap at Rockbottom-Yorktown, Lombard, IL.. Dispensed to a house pint glass showing a clear & bright golden color, with minimal film that reduced further to a thin, white ring, with some light, fading spots on the interior. The aroma was sweet, ripened apple, plus the peel, and light spice. The taste was similar, with decent effervescence, and a bit of "granny smith" tartness. Crisp, and basically refreshing, but a little too syrupy sweet, and almost cloying for my tastes.

Having one at paljoeys with Mike, Josh, taco.... enjoying very much. A nice summer drink, but not bad in the winter! boozedude (2228) - Des Moines, Iowa, USA - JAN 29, 2014

Pours a golden color with minimal carbonation. It has the aroma of sour apples and a little nag champa. It has a slight sour apple taste to it. I also taste an almost citrus taste and a little vanilla and a tart aftertaste. This is my favorite out of the four angry orchard ciders I’ve had so far. sinfull (1678) - Brooklyn, New York, USA - JAN 24, 2014
Nice cider. Golden color , head is absent. Sweet apple aroma . Sweet taste which balanced by sourness.

Tasted on 1/22/14 from a capped 12oz bottle. Pours clear yellow with some white bubbles that hang out on the collar for a moment. The nose is a fairly intense sweet and tart, fresh apple aroma, smells a little bit like a green Jolly Rancher. The flavor is the same sweet and tart, almost apple candy-like. The body is just under medium and lightly tannic with light carbonation and a long acidic tart apple finish.
