12oz bottle - pours clear gold with tiny bubbles that go poof. Nose is apple and dusty champagne. Flavor starts out like green apple bubble gum but ends like sweet and acidic champagne. Sticky mouthfeel. Nuff said.

Bottle: Poured a golden color with bubble white head. Aroma is strong fresh dry apples. Taste is apple upfront with some drying finish.

From bottle. Nice crisp flavor, just sweet enough, but not too much. Clean finish, good overall.

Poured from bottle. Nice balance between crisp and sweet. Carbonation is light, not overly fizzy. Great apple cider flavor. Perfect fall drink when you don’t want beer.

On tap at Indigo’s. Nose is sweet but tart apple aroma with what seemed like a hint of cinnamon. Pour is apple juice color - hard to believe, right? Flavor is sweet apple up front with a hint of tartness and a drier finish. Not bad at all.

A standard cider. That said, cider usually goes negative in my book. It's sweeter than I was expecting, but has a substantial hint of dryness that balances it well. I would order it again if I was feeling something apple-y and sweet. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

crhensel (145) - New Jersey, USA - NOV 22, 2012
Poured just like apple juice and ad the aroma to match, except with a little less sweetness. Proved to be a very refreshing cider as the taste was a nice balance of sweet and tart and the carbonation helped some of the apple flavor linger in the mouth for a while. Perfect company for a clear fall day.

Stuedmaster (352) - San Diego, California, USA - NOV 21, 2012
This is a very well balanced cider, the perfect blend of sweet and tart. It is very clean, with the apple flavor coming through full force. It is a good everyday drink, not too aggressive, recommended.

Bottle from TWM McLean - reviewing from notes - fizzy, tart sweetness, finishes dry. I had this one about a month ago, and I don’t really remember it well, so it’s not really a cider that leaves a lingering impression. Solid, but again, not really memorable.

Caramelized apples on both aroma and taste. Pale yellow golden highlights. Decent acid on palate, lingering apple finish.
