This crisp and refreshing cider mixes the sweetness of the apples with a subtle dryness for a balanced cider taste. The fresh apple aroma and slightly sweet, ripe apple flavor make this cider hard to resist.

Picked up a single 12-oz bottle at Heritage Liquors in Maplewood, MN. Pours a clear light golden cider with a clean disk top and minimal bubble edges. Aroma of sweet apples, a hint of potpourri spice, light carbonation spike and a touch of yeast. Taste is medium bodied, plenty of sweet apple flavor and a mild spice presence. Finish is semi-sweet, some crisp dry bite but definitely has some spumunte acidic aftertaste. A decent sessional apple cider cooler.

500ml bottle. Clear golden colour, no head. Aroma and taste of light sweet ripe apples. Refreshing. Medium body, moderate carbonation. First American ’hard’ cider for me and it’s actually not too bad, can easily compete with British ones.

Clear gold pour from bottle. Candy apples, grass, citrus aroma. Sticky sweet artificial apple taste and cough syrup. Very sticky. Sound: the cider is crackling in my ear very loudly. Does that always happen? Subpar for the big cideries.

Bottle in Guisborough Wetherspoons. Pours blond with a rim of white froth. Sweet crisp apple flavor. Refreshing. Nice.

Bottle @Wetherspoons Clifton, Bristol. Small, quickly disappearing head, golden/yellow colour, clear. Aroma: fermented apple, bit of oak. Lightly bitter with strong sweet/apple aftertaste. Full body, lively, long finish. Very nice and refreshing.

Keg at Revolucion de Cuba, Reading. Orangey-gold with a faint fizz. Sweet and sticky with an almost artificial apple flavour. A subtle hint of dryness in the aftertaste is too late to add any real interest. It’s trying to be one of those mass-market sweetish inoffensive lagers, but there’s others out there that do this much better. It’s not great.

Golden medium carbonation light oak hint of vanilla refreshing in the garden on a summers day sweet slightly tarte finish.

Most refreshing cider on the market! Has such a crisp apple taste for a sparkling cider, most ciders this hard are scrumpy’s. Highly recommend at least trying it.

Light gold, apple vanilla and wood. Clean taste, white oak maybe, light vanilla. TArt and lightly sweet. Easy, crisp. Good ok, but I expect the others to be better or more complex. Is what it is crisp easy light refreshing, simple apple, mildly dry. Something in the flavor that I don’t quite like.

From a bottle. Not anywhere near as bad as I’d expected, not overly sweet, refreshing.
