Bottle. Tastes lightly sweet, like crisp apple with some floral tones, very light herb. Light body and low carbonation. Smells sweet, floral, fruity, nutty. nearbeer (5424) - Knoxville, Tennessee, USA - JUN 8, 2014
12 oz. Pours clear and pale gold with a head that immediately sizzles away. Aroma is spicy pollen, sweet berry and apple. Tastes of spicy vanilla flower, apple-berry mix, and pleasant notes of peppery zest and woody pith. Light body is sweet but has a light astringency and a tart, zesty dryness on the finish. I like elderberry, and I like how they meshed it with the apple to create a totally different fruit flavor. rumproasts (5359) - Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA - JUN 12, 2013
bottle. Light gold with minimal head. Very interesting flavor. Big apple, with a floral aspect. I wouldn’t have properly identified the extra taste if I didn’t already know what it was. This really works well for me, though I imagine it won’t appeal to everyone. Aurelius (5335) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - JUN 24, 2014
Pale, champagne colored, bubbly. Standard longneck - it’s hard to tell the variants apart. The Pufnstuf trees are different without distinction. Sweet aroma, with an odd florality - I pick up some fresh peppercorn volatiles in there as well. Sweet, very sweet. Oddly fruity, and I get some peppercorn notes in the flavor profile as well. Light body, finish gets a little clingy. Ok, but not going for seconds. ABC, Bull Run. badgerben (5188) - Blaine, Minnesota, USA - APR 5, 2013

12oz twist-off bottle, white label. Yellow color. Tastes of apple juice with a touch of floral, cranberry essence. Smells of flowers. Very thin. It’s better than Angry Orchard Crisp Apple. (3681) edgallow (4211) - nashville, Tennessee, USA - MAY 19, 2014
12 oz bottle pours golden with a white head. Aroma of apples and floral. Taste is apple, dry and plants. Frank (4196) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAY 27, 2014
This might be a nice change of pace for folks who are fans of the alcoholic apple juice type of ciders but it really doesn’t work for me. It is clear yellow and headless. The nose is mild w/ a floral note being most evident, presumably from the elderflower. This is pretty sweet but at least not cloyingly so but not really tart enough to give it a crisp snap. The floral note combines w/ some apple juice character and the end result is something that reminds me quite a bit of Smarties candies. This is medium bodied w/ relatively mild carbonation and the end result both in flavor and texture is a sort of flat, boring cider that isn’t alltogether bad but also isnt particularly flavorful or good either. patrick767 (4063) - fort wayne, Indiana, USA - AUG 16, 2014
bottle - This cider smells of apples and some mild florals. The flavor is sweet without being overpoweringly so and has a pleasant floral character in the background. It’s nice and refreshing.
