COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This cider has tropical notes from the elderflower balanced by a fresh, bright, fruity flavor reminiscent of lychee, pears, and citrus. This flower compliments the crisp apple flavor resulting in a balanced sweetness that brings the fruit and flower together.

(bottle - 12 oz) Clear gold with a fizzy white head. Sweet apple and flowery aroma with a variety of different fruits. Sweet fruity and herbal flavor. A bit too much gong on for a cider.

Bottle. Sweet commercial apple juice and light pear aroma. Clear gold, no head per usual for cider. Sweet and slightly tart apple and distinctive perfumey elderflower flavor. Light body, lively carbonation, and slightly dry finish.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a minimal fizzy head, over a clear, light yellow (SRM 2) body.....nose is light apple, flowers, citrus hints, facial powder, peach.....taste is sweet throughout, hints of apple, peach, facial powder, citrus.....mouth feel light, carbonation fizzy, slight acid on finish. This is a highly carbonated, very sweet, floral cider, that reminds me of my grandmothers cosmetic facial powder. BJCP 7/2/10/4/6

Bottle. Pours a clear pale yellow color with some light bubbling. Aroma is apples and flowers. Taste is more complex than the aroma suggests. Flowers, apples, pears, berries, and some spices. Slightly sticky mouthfeel, fairly tart and dry. Overall, a sold cider.

Ok second cider I've had. Overly super sweet. Like a pixy stick stuck in apple juice. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12oz bottle - pours pale straw with quickly diminishing white head and spotty lacing. Nose is fruit and berry like unripe currant. flavor adds apple. Sweet and slightly tart but not overly sweet like most ciders Ive had. Refreshing. Light body.

12 oz. bottle, $2 single at Binnys. And not date notched like the Sam Adams beers. Twist-off crown. First whiff is pretty yeasty for a cider. After that clears off, theres some sweet apple smell, and a hint of berries. Pretty fizzy pour, with a head thats gone as soon as I stop pouring. Pale yellow, though not as pale as the one Virtue cider Ive had. Smell is a bit high on the apple side, but at least does not smell "processed." Taste is light on the apple, though, and has overtones of nuts and passionfruit. A slight note of wet hay in the next sip. A different taste to be sure.
