COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This cider has tropical notes from the elderflower balanced by a fresh, bright, fruity flavor reminiscent of lychee, pears, and citrus. This flower compliments the crisp apple flavor resulting in a balanced sweetness that brings the fruit and flower together.

Almost clear, very very pale yellowish. No head. It looks like white wine. Aroma of flowers and very light green apple. Taste is super flowery and lightly sweet. Light-medium bodied.

12 oz. bottle, $2 single at Binny’s. And not date notched like the Sam Adams beers. Twist-off crown. First whiff is pretty yeasty for a cider. After that clears off, there’s some sweet apple smell, and a hint of berries. Pretty fizzy pour, with a head that’s gone as soon as I stop pouring. Pale yellow, though not as pale as the one Virtue cider I’ve had. Smell is a bit high on the apple side, but at least does not smell "processed." Taste is light on the apple, though, and has overtones of nuts and passionfruit. A slight note of wet hay in the next sip. A different taste to be sure.

Among one of the better ones from the very sweet line of Angry Orchard ciders. The floral notes in the nose and flavor were pleasing and provided something else to take your mind off the overpowering sugary apple sweetness.

Bottle from Bishop Cider. Light pour. Aroma is light and floral. Taste is definitely showcasing the elderflower, sweet, and apple. Floral finish.

Nearly clear pale yellow. Nice dandelion flavor. This works really well. Tart. Tasty.

12 oz bottle. Pours slightly hazy pale yellow with no head; has a little white ring of foam. Aroma is apples and floral, no surprise there, along with some earth and basement. Taste is mostly tart along with some apple pie spice. Carbonation average, body medium to thin, dry finish. Tastes good to me, although I don’t see myself rushing out to buy it ever again.

Bottle. A- Pears, citrus, apples. A- Pale yellow color, clear liquid, no head. T- Lychee, pears, apples, lemons, flowers. Slightly sweet and sour. P- Light body, thin texture, high carbonation, tart finish. O- The fruity tones are nice, but the floral tones are a little odd. Still crisp and drinkable.
