3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
The cider pours like apple juice, with a spritzing head that fizzles away to just a ring. My glass is full of carbonation bubbles, and a steady stream works its way to the top of the glass. The cider’s body is properly clear with a slight haze, and the cider leaves a light wet ring of lacing around the glass. On the nose, the cider smells like yeasty apples with hints of pear, what must be elderflower, and a very sour apple tint. On the tongue, the cider tastes tart and sweet with a touch of bitterness. The flavors begin as tart green apples which work their way into yeasty bread flavors with sweet fuji apple and elderflower (I think…) tastes. The finish is quick with sweet fruity apple with a touch of acidic green apple. The aftertaste is sweet and tart, much like a candied green apple. On the mouth, the cider feels spritzy with carbonation, slightly to the point of fierceness. The cider’s body is just on the upper side of light, and the mouth is left pretty clean with just a touch of tingle in the tongue from the fierce carbonation, and some saliva in the sides of the mouth. Overall, this is decent cider that I could sip on a cool summer’s day. It’s a little too sweet for me to drink regularly, but it has some nice complexity and variance in apple flavors. I’m not an expert on tasting ciders, but I’d this one is pretty good, especially for its price point. Try it.
12-ounce bottles in a glass. Part of an Angry Orchard mixed pack. Didn’t expect it to taste all that different from the standard Crisp Apple, but it is so much sweeter and less sour. Doesn’t have as much of a rotten apple aroma as the others as well. I love this cider, only problem is that it completely overshadowed every other drink in the variety pack. rougeau13 (3014) - Richmond, Texas, USA - JUL 30, 2016
Almost clear, very very pale yellowish. No head. It looks like white wine. Aroma of flowers and very light green apple. Taste is super flowery and lightly sweet. Light-medium bodied. jrodooo5 (1672) - DOVER, Delaware, USA - JUL 28, 2016
Pours clear light gold with no head or lacing. The aroma is mellow apple. The taste is apple with some added sweetness that works quite nicely making the flavor nice and crisp. It is quite tasty and drinkable which is about all I can ask for from a cider! WilliamFaulk (1) - - JUN 28, 2016 does not count

Fruity and herbal, and fairly sweet. Not my favorite from them. Prefer cinnamon and a couple others. zach8270 (4022) - Henrietta, New York, USA - FEB 8, 2015
(bottle - 12 oz) Clear gold with a fizzy white head. Sweet apple and flowery aroma with a variety of different fruits. Sweet fruity and herbal flavor. A bit too much gong on for a cider. crossovert (12934) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - DEC 24, 2014
355ml bottle. Sweet and soda-like, some torpical notes, perry, this doesn’t even really resemble apples.
