COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This cider has tropical notes from the elderflower balanced by a fresh, bright, fruity flavor reminiscent of lychee, pears, and citrus. This flower compliments the crisp apple flavor resulting in a balanced sweetness that brings the fruit and flower together.

Bottle. Pours a very pale straw yellow with a minimal fizzy white head that faded completely. The nose is really pretty nice, the elderflower really comes out well, giving it a floral and fruity character. There’s not much apple in the nose actually. The flavor is the best of the three Angry Orchards I’ve had thus far. The floral notes really dominate this and cover up all the sweet apple juice sweetness really well. Very fruity and drinkable, the combo of the flower and the apple make for a blueberry like flavor that’s really pleasant. Light bodied and only lightly clingy with fizzy carbonation. Pretty decent cider.

12 oz. Pours clear and pale gold with a head that immediately sizzles away. Aroma is spicy pollen, sweet berry and apple. Tastes of spicy vanilla flower, apple-berry mix, and pleasant notes of peppery zest and woody pith. Light body is sweet but has a light astringency and a tart, zesty dryness on the finish. I like elderberry, and I like how they meshed it with the apple to create a totally different fruit flavor.

This stuff is weird more than anything. It’s very floral, like "oh my god did I just eat a flower" floral. The best way I can describe it is as though herbal tea and cider had a baby. If you like that sort of thing, I’d say go for it.

Bottle. Pours a clear yellowish gold with a white head that dissipates nearly completely and quickly. Aroma has notes of pear and sweet apple with some light spice underlying. Flavor has lots of sweet pear with some sweet apple with a bit of light spice underlying.

12-ounce bottles in a glass. Part of an Angry Orchard mixed pack. Didn’t expect it to taste all that different from the standard Crisp Apple, but it is so much sweeter and less sour. Doesn’t have as much of a rotten apple aroma as the others as well. I love this cider, only problem is that it completely overshadowed every other drink in the variety pack.

Aroma is apples and a mixture of sweetness and fruit. The flavor is apples, tropical fruit, mild sweetness and a very tangy/tart finish.

Clear yellow with a few bubbles. I get a lot of apple notes as well as some orange citrus and a bit of floral character. As it warms the floral notes get stronger. There is a good mix of dryness and sweetness. Easy to drink.

Light gold color. medium sweet with apple and peach, some citrus as well. This is good for an inexpensive cider.

Tastes like the standard angry orchard but with floral aromas and flavors. The sweetness with background of herbal flowers is a nice complement.

THOUGHTS: Nice. Refreshing Definitely more than just apples going on here. TECHNICAL: Drank 5/4/2013. Bottle. Poured an ever-so-slightly hazy, light yellow with virtually no head. The aroma was weak but pleasant. It had grape, apple, pear, light pineapple, white wine, slight lemon, floral notes and other tropical fruits. The initial flavor was moderately sweet and lightly acidic; while the finish was lightly sweet, moderately acidic and slightly sour with an average duration. There was apple, lighter fruits, pear, white grapes, white wine, lemon and pineapple. The light to medium body was dry with a lightly soft but tingly carbonation.
