This cider has tropical notes from the elderflower balanced by a fresh, bright, fruity flavor reminiscent of lychee, pears, and citrus. This flower compliments the crisp apple flavor resulting in a balanced sweetness that brings the fruit and flower together.

Nearly clear pale yellow. Nice dandelion flavor. This works really well. Tart. Tasty.

The aroma of this cider is subtle overall but with some hints of apple and a general flower scent, and the appearance is a clear, very light yellow with no head. The taste is quite sweet and mildly sour, and the palate combines a light body, flat carbonation, thin and slick texture, and a sour finish.

12oz bottle. Mostly clear, lighter yellow color. Minimal white head, couple bits of lace. Smooth, crisp lighter carbonation. Medium body. Lightly sticky texture. Good apple and floral flavor. Little honey. Moderate sweet taste, light citrus zest. Pretty tasty cider. Elderflower is a nice twist that complements the apple well.

Bottle. Tastes lightly sweet, like crisp apple with some floral tones, very light herb. Light body and low carbonation. Smells sweet, floral, fruity, nutty.

I had this at Global Brew. Pours pale gold with no head. Taste sweet, apple, floral. I thought this was ok. I could drink this again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours clear light gold with no head or lacing. The aroma is mellow apple. The taste is apple with some added sweetness that works quite nicely making the flavor nice and crisp. It is quite tasty and drinkable which is about all I can ask for from a cider!

12 oz. bottle, $2 single at Binny’s. And not date notched like the Sam Adams beers. Twist-off crown. First whiff is pretty yeasty for a cider. After that clears off, there’s some sweet apple smell, and a hint of berries. Pretty fizzy pour, with a head that’s gone as soon as I stop pouring. Pale yellow, though not as pale as the one Virtue cider I’ve had. Smell is a bit high on the apple side, but at least does not smell "processed." Taste is light on the apple, though, and has overtones of nuts and passionfruit. A slight note of wet hay in the next sip. A different taste to be sure.

12oz bottle - pours pale straw with quickly diminishing white head and spotty lacing. Nose is fruit and berry like unripe currant. flavor adds apple. Sweet and slightly tart but not overly sweet like most ciders I’ve had. Refreshing. Light body.
