COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This cider has tropical notes from the elderflower balanced by a fresh, bright, fruity flavor reminiscent of lychee, pears, and citrus. This flower compliments the crisp apple flavor resulting in a balanced sweetness that brings the fruit and flower together.

12 oz. bottle, $2 single at Binny’s. And not date notched like the Sam Adams beers. Twist-off crown. First whiff is pretty yeasty for a cider. After that clears off, there’s some sweet apple smell, and a hint of berries. Pretty fizzy pour, with a head that’s gone as soon as I stop pouring. Pale yellow, though not as pale as the one Virtue cider I’ve had. Smell is a bit high on the apple side, but at least does not smell "processed." Taste is light on the apple, though, and has overtones of nuts and passionfruit. A slight note of wet hay in the next sip. A different taste to be sure.

Sampled at local supermarket. Clear yellow pour with a fading fizzy head. Apple aroma. Crisp apple flavor with a little floral finish. Quenching drink, Tasty.

Pale yellow with a bit of fizz. Sweet apple with floral and berry, pear, candy notes. Interesting.

12oz bottle - pours pale straw with quickly diminishing white head and spotty lacing. Nose is fruit and berry like unripe currant. flavor adds apple. Sweet and slightly tart but not overly sweet like most ciders I’ve had. Refreshing. Light body.

Right off the bat, the aroma is worrying - smells like a cheap cider. Pours with no head, and with moderate carbonation. The best part of this cider is the first hit of the tongue - you get a pleasant rush of floral accents and juicy apple without being too citrusy or too dry and bitter. The biggest praise I can give to this cider is that it manages to keep everything light and in balance without sacrificing the flavour. Don’t get me wrong, this isn’t a premium cider, but at 7.99 for a 6 pack, this is perfect summer drinking.

Bottle to half-pint glass (shared with the Mrs.). Looks decent; a transparent gold with no head, but lively carbonation. Smells and tastes of cider and elderflower with an average mouthfeel. Not bad.

Bottle shared with the wife. Pours a lightly hazed vitamin pee yellow. Second one tonight. What’s with these ciders looking like vitamin piss? This one even has a bit of white bubbles around the edge. Smells decidedly floral, overwhelmingly so even. Flowers and bubble gum. Medium bodied, tastes of flowers and soda, a little bit of apple and honey. A bit sweet I think, but for some reason I like it. Finishes up a bit sweet, lingering floral notes. Flowers in a glass. Interesting at least.
