Bottle. Poured clear pale color with a minimal head that diminished slowly with little lacing. Medium floral apple aroma. Medium body with a dry smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium tart apple flavor with a medium tart finish of moderate duration. Solid drinkable refreshing beverage.

The aroma is sweet apples and alcohol. The appearance is golden with no head. The taste is like the aroma. The palate is thin. Overall this is an average cider but not dry. SSSteve (4006) - - MAY 6, 2012
bottle. clear gold with a small white head. light nose, almost like a pale lager. flavor is tart like unripe, little, green, baking apples. dry finish with high carbonation. DiarmaidBHK (4907) - Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 6, 2012
Bottle from Frederick wine. Pours apple colored with very little head and without a ton of carbonation. A slight apple twinge in the nose. Taste is a little sweeter than expected. (shockingly it tastes like apples.). There’s some dryness in the finish to prevent it from becoming to cloying. I don’t thnk the folks in Boston are going to take over the world with this one but its a solid example of the style. Aurelius (5335) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - MAY 5, 2012
Dull, medium sweet, mellow, half-baked apple aroma. Good, funny label. Clear, medium light gold, filmy white head. Fairly crisp and sour, moderately apple-astringent. Medium body, low carbonation. New Leaf Market.

12oz. Bottle: No real aroma. Poured amber in color with a tiny, white head around the edges only. Clear. Very slightly sparkling. Flavor is heavily sweet. Tastes like apples. Medium body. Very dry texture. Sweet apple finish. It is exactly what it claims to be. drowland (8676) - Georgia, USA - MAY 2, 2012
5/2/12. 12oz bottle. Clear dark golden pour, much like apple juice, with a small, fizzy off-white head that’s gone instantly. Tart, dusty apple aroma with a ton of yeast. Surprisingly sweet and slightly tart apple flavor, again with a big almost dirty yeast presence. Not that dry and not that great. BVery (10510) - Plymouth, Minnesota, USA - APR 28, 2012
Bottle at the Casanova Beer Cave festival. Light golden pour. Seems like a combo of apple cider and a dry wine. Pretty tasty. queenholly (3623) - South Whitley, Indiana, USA - APR 23, 2012
Bottle. Clear golden. Apple juice aroma. Musty apple wine flavor. Very dry and astringent. Light to medium body. blutt59 (6564) - Dallas, Texas, USA - APR 20, 2012
Bottle, clear light golden with still body, aroma and flavor is less sweet and more musty apple than woodchuck, namesake dry finish
