Sweet cider aroma. Soft palate, smooth with sugars. Sweet apple cider taste. Possible to believe that this is a proper cider, but it’s got that mass-market sweetness it could almost be macro. There is a touch of a hint of cider yeast, so yes, this is actually real. But what the fucking fuck, this is about as far from "dry" as it’s possibly to get. So in American, "dry" means "sweet" to those who invented the drick. Reinforces my stereotype about americans not having a fucking clue. Al least it was decently drinkable, I do like sweet ciders like this too.
Bottle. Golden colour with some white bubbles. Aroma is apple, sourness, yeast. Flavour is apple, sourness, yeast. OK cider. Palidor19 (3194) - Brandon, Florida, USA - MAR 14, 2014
I’m not getting anything special from this one, its got a bland taste of apple with a touch of background brewing water. its nothing special. fonefan (51593) - VestJylland, DENMARK - FEB 15, 2014

[ As Angry Orchard Traditional Dry ].
[ Trade by oh6gdx ]. Clear medium yellow color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, dry apples, tart apples, sugary apples - apple syrup, light vanilla. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, sugary apples, dry, apple skin. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft.
Bottle, screw-top. Nose is apple, not sweet, actually really tart and with very faint acetone out of the bottle. Pours transparent golden with light carbonation and a head that fizzes away before I can get a color reading on it. Taste lightly sweet, not cloying, relatively still medium body, great tart apple flavor. I’d say fresh without being entirely clean, with a nice bit of spice on the back end -- a lot like a local cider you’d find at a county fair or farmer’s market. I’m game.

12oz. bottle. Pours a light, bright gold. No head to speak of, lightly carbonated. Not much nose. Light, tart. Would be very refreshing on a hot day. Not bad on a cold one, either. DarkSong (381) - Dacula, Georgia, USA - JAN 27, 2014
It pours a golden color with minimal carbonation. It has a perfume like tart apple aroma. It’s a bit sweet for a dry cider. I taste apple, pear and a little vanilla. Maybe the aftertaste is a little dry. I could drink several of these. Another quality beverage from Boston beer company. wedgie9 (2703) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - JAN 22, 2014
Tasted on 1/22/14 from a 12oz bottle. Pours clear golden yellow with some clear bubbles that stick around for a short moment. The nose is tart green apple with some cheesy yeast aroma, and a touch of bubblegum, very lightly earthy. The flavor is a bit sweeter apple than I would’ve guessed based on the nose with that same sweet bubblegum on the back of the palate. The body is light with light carbonation, a nice tannic structure, and a medium tart apple and bubblegum finish. Christian (13865) - Odense, DENMARK - JAN 17, 2014
