Bottled (from Alko Keskusta, Vaasa). Yellow colour, not too much head. Aroma is basically just apples with some slight earthy notes. Flavour is sweet apple with a bit drier palate than normal "swillcider", but still very far from what I would call even remotely dry...

Sam Adam’s cider called "dry" is clear metallic yellow with no head. Its oaky and has a decent apple flavor without being too sweet. It does finish on the dry side of wet, bit still a little damp.

0.355 l bottle from Alko. Golden color. Refreshing apple and pear aroma, even acidity and sweetness. Sweetish and firmly acidic taste with low to medium tannins. Fresh apple flavor with hints of pear and grapefruit. Medium body. Good bright apple flavor and balanced taste, some riesling wine like notes also. Differs nicely from typical English or French ciders.

355 ml bottle. Clear golden yellow colour, thin white head. Sweetish & tart apple aroma. The flavour is like the aroma, of sweetish-tart apple. OK.

I had to compensate for the lack of appearance in the overall points. Light golden colour no head. Light apple aroma. Taste was light sourness medium dryness , light sweetness. Very balanced as a refreshing sauna cider with taste.

35,5 cl bottle @ home, BBE 30.01.2014
Aroma has juicy and ripe apples with some leathery notes. Feels slightly acidic. Flavour has somewhat intensive and ripe apple juice, leathery notes, hints of sugar. Dry and a bit acidic finish with floury apples and fruit sugar. Balanced and nice.

355 ml bottle. BBE 30.01.2014.
Pours clear golden color with a small head. Aroma of apples, grass and some faint spice notes. Flavor of sweetish apples, hay, earth and hints of caramel. Medium carbonation, sweetish fruity palate, dry finish. Refreshing and altogether decent, maybe a tad too sweet though.

RexTalionis (3775) - FINLAND - JUN 19, 2013
Bottle 355 ml. Pours clear golden in color. Ripe and mashed apples in aroma, a bit of vanilla and light barnyard as well. A bit of mashed apples and musty funk in taste. Slightly tart apples in aftertaste.

Bottle share by Bob, straw pour with a white head. Aroma of tart apples and the taste is similar with semi dry finish.

This is a great cider, the best I’ve had so far (though I haven’t had very many). Definitely not over-sweet, but has good carbonation and an almost light-beer sort of taste with the hint of apples. Will most likely become my "everyday" drinking cider. Would definitely taste great on a hot day in the sun!
