Alengrin (5789) - BELGIUM - AUG 21, 2014
Spring ale intended for export to Danemark. Cream white, moussy, stable head, misty peach blonde colour. Sweet aroma strongly reminiscent of honey, not in a sweet malty way, but actual, fresh honey; also impressions of peach, apple sauce, liqueur, freshly cut grass. Taste also a lot of fresh honey, getting stronger in the middle with cloying sweet effect, spicy as if eating real honey, pale malts, sugary sweet finish but flowery hops and warming alcohol make up for that. Gentle honey beer suitable for anyone into sweet blonde beers.

A flowery and sweet taste with some bitterness. Amber in color with a white head.

Kronebryg (1123) - Sorgenfri, DENMARK - APR 4, 2012
Light head, colour is light yellow/golden. Nose is mainly sugar and little else. Medium body and length but also a high carb. Taste is lightly bitter, dull and simple. Very dissapointing.

Bottle @Home. Pours hazy golden orange with a white head. Aroma is very sweet with sugar, honey, spices. Taste is sweet caramel malt, honey, spices. Full body, lively carbonation. Way to sweet and sticky for my liking. 200310

odgaard (385) - Skyum, Thisted, DENMARK - MAY 8, 2010
Hazy yellow with a lacing white head. Aroma: Honey, honey, honey and a little fruit in the background. Taste: very much honey, a spicy note. Unbalanced and not a good beer.

Adenila (1560) - DENMARK - APR 7, 2010
All i could think about when drinking this one was honney. It was in the air when i poored, it was extremly powerfull in the nose, well honney and nectar. Flavor was sweet, a little too sweet for my liking, with a honney finish.

BelgiskOlklub (1086) - Viby J, DENMARK - APR 5, 2010
Huge white rocky head and a hazy orange body. The beer looks nice, and that’s the best to say about that. It has a heavy perfumed aroma of soap, honey and spices. The texture is oily. The taste is not balanced at all. Medium sweet and light bitter. You can do better HET ANKER !

PetetheMeat (621) - Hove, DENMARK - MAR 22, 2010
Hazy light golden ale, white head. The aroma is sweet. A strong honey odeur overrules all other more subtle elements of aroma Flavour is very sweet , more honey. Slighly bitter in the finish. Quite a mishap - unless you are a bee...
