Foodies and connoisseurs have undoubtedly heard of the French culinary term ‘coulis’. This gastronomic term for a sauce on the basis of fresh fruit, has made us dream.
Made on the basis of a white ale and enriched with natural fruit juice, Boscoli is a fruity beer for beautiful days, beautiful terraces and beautiful eyes.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Hogerdijk, Culemborg. Red with a large pink head. Red fruits in the aroma: cherries, strawberries, raspberries. Taste is sweetish but with a sour aftertaste. Not as sweet as kriek lambieks and the like. More of a Belgian white with fruits. Not bad for a fruit beer.

Bottle at the Manchester beer festival... Big red... Massive Bubbly off white head... Soft sweet fruits.. Big berry nose... Big sweet fruits... Juicy fruits... Nice easy juicy... Yeah a little sweet but nicep

Interesting aftertaste of fruit and a little grass. There is slight sour note which lifts this beer marginally above others. Definitely a beer I would finish, but still a little too artificial.

Nice head, tastes a little sour. Smells like fruit soda but not a nice color.
