(swing top bottle, 33cl) Unclear, amber colour with a medium-sized off-white foamy head. Sweet and a bit candy-like toast-malty aroma with notes of caramel and a subtle fruity touch. Sweet and shy bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft, almost a bit flat carbonation. Bügelverschlußflasche (Dank an Stefan!): Deep golden , unclear, big stable fluffy off-white head; distinctive roast-malty nose with light metallic traces, fruity notes underneath; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied, soft; lingering toasty and bitter-hoppy finish. Good Bier.....

bottle, bought at a Getränkemarkt near the brewery. Clear amber colour with a mid-sized creamy off-white head. Malty nose with a touch of caramel. Medium- to full-bodied, pleasantly malty with flavours of caramel and roasetd malts, slightly spicy with a touch of cinnamon. Fine beer.
