In mouth, a very sweet honey overlayed with coriander, light acidic points, a tad cloying but overall, not bad. 750 ml bottle from Cave a Bulles, Paris, May 2010.

Bottle from Cave à Bulles. Hazy, pale golden with a small head. Quite spiced aroma with coriander and herbal notes. Quite herbal in character, well-contained sweetness. Not bad, but too much spices and too little substance.
