3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Wow, the second rater after 7 years in this nice Toulouse bar :) Nut brown-amber color, small steady white head. Overriped peach in the nose, some alcohol. Medium-bodied. Pleasant peachy fruityness in the flavor, also some watermelon and light alcohol. Nice in Toulouse standards.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
UPDATED: JUL 1, 2005 On tap at La Tireuse, Toulouse. Orange and honey aroma - delicious! Shiny gold body, with a smooth layer of white pond scum. Slightly spicy Belgian Ale, with a dab of pepper and a residual fruitiness. Refreshing and delicious. (barman said this was brewed specially for his bar, but the makers of L’Angelus)
