Light-medium sweet flavour with more pale bread, mild bitter citrus rind, hay, wheat, biscuits. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Well balanced finish with more orange rind, biscuity pale malts, sourdough, straw, restrained yeast expression. Really good stuff.

Aroma is nice fresh green hop, woody and spicy Nobel hop, nice clean Belgian yeast, little banana, clean. Flavour is composed of semi sweet rustic base malts, Belgian yeast, little banana bread,, green grassy Nobel hop. Palate is semi sweet, highish carbonation, little sticky hop. Frorhy airy mouthful. Nice and authentic.
