Arme citronn. Mousse qui retombe directement. Biere sans attrait. Trs lgre. Avec un trs lgere amertume et citron en arrire got.

330 ml. Bottle @ home. Purchased @ Malt Attacks. BBF 06 11 17. Damn I thought that Miami Weiss meant that this is a Berliner Weisse with lime but turns out that this a Hefeweizen. Nuts. Quite hazy orange, some slowly rising bubbles, uneven off-white head. Nose is banana all the way, sweet Hefeweizen with classical banana puree, sweet sugar wheat & some clove. Taste luckily has some lime but it is a bit messy & the whole gets some cleaning liquid profile with low soapy banana, plastic, sugar white bread dough Hefeweizen finish, sugar,… Better than expected after I discovered what it is. An unusual sweet banana, sugar, dough Hefeweizen, with some lime upfront but all to soap like,… Carbonation is a bit too high. At least somewhere out there, there is a Reinheitsgebot fanatic crying which makes it all a bit better.

On tap at the brewery. Pours pale golden with a fat white foam subsiding slowly like bubbles. Scent is bog standard weizen with lemon. Taste is consistent, smooth weizen. Finish a little soapy. Very good.

Bottle from the brewery in Bermondsey and drunk at home. Clear amber colour lasting cream head. Yes some smokey weiss flavour. Some peach and banana ester on the aroma. A little ashtray later on. Good peach and apricot on the finish. The smoke was a surprise. OK.

Keg at the Waterloo tap. A light hazed bright golden orange coloured pour with a lasting fine white head. Aroma is nice crisp wheat hint of banana, bread,. Palate is highly carbonation, fizzy, carbonic acid bite in the finish,. Flavour is composed of semi sweet bready wheat, banana bread, hefe yeast. Not bad.
